WELCOME TO THE 30 DAY CHALLENGE!
TIME TO FINALLY WORK FOR WHAT YOU WANT.
Thank you for participating in this program! I'm super excited to share my knowledge of fitness and health with you guys as well as help guide y'all to become a better and STRONGER you. During this challenge, you will compete to win against others to win $100! The person with the best transformation mentally and physically will take all. Do the best that you can and KILL every workout with intensity and purpose. I have sent you guys individual workout plans based on your skill level so please make sure you follow it consistently to the best of your ability.
Below you will find:
-Informative "how-to" videos on ALL the exercises I have assigned you on your plan. You will only have access to exercise videos based on your program only, using the password I sent you. If you have any problems viewing the videos, please let me know asap. As far as the videos go, I organized them to match the plan from the first to last exercise of each day. If you already know how to do the exercises I have assigned you, you do not have to watch them... though it doesn't hurt to double check. Remember, the better your form is, the better and faster results you're going to get!
-Nutrition guidance on how to track calories and macronutrients to lose fat and gain muscle while still being able to enjoy your favorite foods. You are responsible for downloading the app needed, tracking food daily and preparing your meals on your own time.

-Be active on the Facebook group! On this page, I will be able to inform you guys with updates and reminders to check in as well as provide y'all with informative tips to help you guys stay on track. Feel free be a voice in the group as well - help each other out, motivate each other! We are all here to progress throughout this journey so spread some positivity. :)
